Construction Careers - Application

Whether there is currently an open position or not, we are always willing to review your application/resume.  We may find a position that fits your skills, or we will keep your application on file for future openings.  

As of the writing of this answer, all of our projects are currently located in South Carolina.  

Employment at J.H. Hiers is contingent upon passing a drug test.  Also, some positions may also require a background check.

We prefer that foreman and equipment operator applicants have at least two years experience. We prefer that utility crew applicants have a minimum of one year of experience. Also, we require that entry-level laborers have a desire to work hard.

However, more than that, we are looking for applicants who have a positive "can-do" attitude, a willingness to learn from others, and a drive to do their best work each and every day. If that's you, we'd enjoy having you on the team.
