Project Details
Cannon Tract Phase 2 is 32 acres with 95 future homesites located in Goose Creek, South Carolina. J.H. Hiers Construction responsibilities on this site include clearing and grubbing, mass grading, site utilities, curb and gutter, and asphalt paving.
Challenges and Unique Details
This project has small, interconnected stormwater ponds that are connected to one larger stormwater pond near the ultimate outfall. This project includes a great deal of large diameter storm pipe to facilitate the site drainage.
Project Results
This project is ongoing, and we are currently installing underground utilities with multiple utility crews.
